I am Yusuf Oluwasola Omoloja, a reliability engineer with over
15 years of hands-on experience in maintenance strategy development,
asset management systems, and digital transformation for industrial operations.
My career has been built at the intersection of rigorous engineering methodology
and practical field application — in the environments where reliability decisions
have real consequences.
My foundation is Reliability Centred Maintenance — specifically
John Moubray's RCM2 methodology, which I have applied across mining, processing,
and heavy industrial assets. I understand that maintenance is not about doing more —
it is about doing the right things, for the right reasons, at the right time.
That discipline shapes everything I build.
Over the past year I have combined this engineering foundation with
AI agent development — building intelligent systems that
automate FMEA generation, dynamic risk scoring, and maintenance task management.
What previously took experienced engineers days now takes minutes, with the
human effort redirected toward validation, judgment, and the knowledge
that no document can capture.
Currently pursuing a PhD focused on scalable hybrid reliability
frameworks that combine edge computing and cloud AI for real-time
equipment health monitoring in remote mining environments.
Outside of engineering, I write — maintaining a predictive maintenance blog
and reflecting on the deeper connections between engineering,
systems thinking, and human resilience.
